If you want us to pay your property taxes for you, you must provide your predial # (in some cases I may have it) and once I give you the estimate, you must send payment immediately because the discounts are only valid for a short time, then we have to stand in line again to get new estimates. Also the exchange rate is fluctuating so don't delay if you are interested in us helping you out. You are not ever billed for this predial and garbage is always due at the end of the year for the following year.

November, Cozumel enjoys a blend of rainy and sunny weather conditions with the average rain for the month measuring around 116mm. The average temperature in the island for the month is 77F and this can be said to be one of the most moderate months as far as weather is concerned. The average high temperature stands at 82F with a slight drop at night to stand at 71F. There is no need of warm clothes during your visit although you could consider carrying a waterproof light jacket in case you are caught up in the rains.
