A 15 year Cozumel resident, Nancy immigrated to the island ready to enjoy early retirement. She spent the majority of her time scuba diving and embracing the beautiful, healthy, active lifestyle that Cozumel offers. Nearly one year later she realized she'd like working part time helping others embrace the island as she had done. In late 1996, Nancy began her training in Real Estate working for Century 21.

In 2001, she starting her own Mexican corporation and Cozumel Living was born. A courageous business woman, Nancy understands the importance of marketing and market research when it comes to selling and buying a home. Driving her strong business and her even stronger relationships are her supreme knowledge of Cozumel's real estate history, market conditions, foreign property ownership, and vast knowledge of local resources. Nancy's joy for making Cozumel home shows in all that she does for her customers. Repeat customers and customer referrals are the pride and majority of her real estate business.

Outside of work, Nancy's passions include travel, scuba diving, trying new local cuisine and wine, and of course relaxing on the beach with her family and friends. She and her husband take great time and effort to positively promote the special community she calls home and are supporters of local environmental and ecological effort.

Cristina Romero

Born and raised on the paradise island of Cozumel, world famous diving spot, never decided to move, in Cozumel it is always like being on vacation, so why leave paradise?

Cristina´s first years in business was with her families jewelry store. She started in Public Relations and Marketing, doing all the advertising and publicity for the store, entertaining the port lectures, giving information about the business to promote the business onboard the cruiseships and eventually to run the store. She traveled throughout America and Europe, meeting with suppliers and negotiating good déals in precious and semiprecious stones for the company. She was working, learning other cultures and meeting very interesting people. After 16 years, she decided to be a stay home mom and take care of their two children, helping her husband is his excellent restaurant “Le Chef” located on the corner of Calle 5 and 5 Av.. She was invited to be part of Cozumel Living Team and decided to enter the World of real estate. With Cristina´s excellent sales background, public relations skills, and management experience, she is a great agent and great asset to the company.

David Scott

Originally from Winnipeg, Canada David decided he had enough of the cold winters and decided to take his ventures elsewhere. After completing his construction program at Red River College he decided to move to Vancouver where he worked for as a Project Manager for a Construction Design Firm.

David has been coming to Cozumel for the past 15 years due to family relocating here for business. Throughout those years David has gained a great deal of knowledge for Cozumel along with entire state of Quintana Roo. After developing many connections and falling in love with the Mexican lifestyle he decided to make it his permanent residence and has never looked back ever since.

With his extensive knowledge in the construction industry along with his ability to deal with people make him an invaluable asset to the company.

Susana arrived to Cozumel 3 years ago, from Mexico City. She thought, lets make a change, and since her 1st nephew was born in Cozumel, decided "Yes, why not, live the experience", and here she is living in paradise. Her first work opportunity in Cozumel was in Tourism, working in Public Relations. Meeting people has always been what she likes. Her second job is now at Cozumel Living. Susana came to us because a very good friend was working here but was recruited to work in one of the biggest advertising firms in the US in Minneapolis, Minnesota, so she went back home leaving an opening, Knowing Nancy a little bit, Susana took the opportunity to begin working in the Real State Market. She likes it very much. Having a degree in Graphic Design she has had the opportunity to learn about web design and also still practices designing the brochure, signs,web page, and other advertising. The Cozumel Living Team likes to serve and help everybody, from renting a property to buying a dream house.... Susana is a Mexican yet like all Americans here, she loves how this wonderful island treats her and allows her to grow. Growing means development. Originally from St. Paul Minnesota, Kathy first came to Cozumel in 1990. The vacation turned out to be an intensely life altering experience. Working for Northwest Airlines, Kathy's dreams of an island life soon became a reality. Today, with 15 years living on the island, she is a respected Cozumel Island local.
