CASA COLONIAL - Each of our four uniquely designed villas has two levels with two bedrooms and two and one half baths. Both bedrooms are located on the second level and each have separate full bathrooms. Living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and half baths are located on the first level of each villa. Private balconies and patios are also located on both first and second levels. There is also ample on-site parking in front of the entry. The property consists of a full-sized swimming pool, with a Jacuzzi cascading into it. The accommodations and amenities are upscale and were designed to immerse guests in a Mexican Colonial theme environment.

HACIENDA CAZALITA-This property covers one of the largest in town lots on all of Cozumel. It is 15.60 meters wide x 69.50 meters deep= 1084.35 m2 or 52 ft wide x 234 ft. deep= 12,143 s.f.
The front has a deceiving look so as not to attract people wanting to know what is behind this cantena looking wall. The property is very private. On the left side of the front wall there is a one car garage of Mayan stone with a palapa roof and electric door opener. The garage is really beautiful because of the Mayan stonework! To the left is an air conditioned one bedroom apartment with a bath. This room has been turned into a workout room, but can still be a very private guest bedroom or maid's quarters.
There is a winding walkway in the middle of the property with a large, artistically painted covered seating area with bar-b-que grill made for great outdoor entertainment. Further down the winding pathway is a well to the left and a 1 bedroom cottage with a very large bathroom with plenty of storage. This is the perfect guest house. The long lap pool is 10 ft. wide x 50 ft. with a beautiful venetian glass mosaic turtle reef scene on the bottom of the pool. The Hacienda style home sits in the back of the property with a veranda patio on the ground level and on the 2nd level as well looking out to this very unique and gorgeous property. The front door is importedbeveled glass and mahogany doors opening up into a big entryway to a spectacular double high ceiling living room with a fireplace which really does get use in the winter due to the high ceilings and marble floors throughout the house. The dining room has a famous artist's venetian glass floral design that looks like a glass carpet on the floor. The kitchen has mahogany cabinets and beautiful, rich granite counter tops. There are mahogany stairs with imported tiles on the front of the steps that winds up to the large master bedroom and sitting room. There are 2 offices upstairs and another office, large bathroom, and bedroom downstairs. There are fruit trees: lime, mango, avocado, guayaba, coconuts, banana. Hummingbird nests and many hummers. A big fish pond and cascade to the left side of the pool area.
